Rushcliffe Borough Council's Blueprint website makes it possible for you access and comment on all planning and building regulations applications.
All applications are scanned in and published here as they are received.
In the case of planning applications, you can view the application form and drawings, and can comment on plans (until the closing date for comments has passed). Once a decision has been made, the decision notice will be added and all the documents will remain online for a further six months. After that period normally only the decision notice and any relevant appeal documents will be available.
For building regulations applications, only decision notices and completion certificates are available online. This is because building regulations applications are not subject to public consultation, and for copyright reasons cannot be made available in this way.
What you will be able to see depends on the type of application and how long ago it was submitted.
Basic details of all planning applications from 1974 onwards, and all Building Control applications from 1984 are available now. Decision notices for planning applications received since January 1991 are now online. In due course other documents may be added.
We need your feedback on this website so that we can make sure it meets your requirements - please send us your comments. In particular if you find a planning application number dating from 1991 onwards which does not have a decision notice, please let us know.
